How long can I rent an item for?
Our rentals start with a minimum of 1 day. If you’re loving it and need a little extra time, just check to see if an extension is cool. Your rental officially kicks off the day you receive the item, and it’ll need to be posted back by the last day to avoid any late fees. Easy peasy!
Do I need to clean the dress?
No need to stress about dry cleaning—we’ve got it covered! At Versatile, we handle all the professional cleaning for you. Just pop the item back after you’re done, and we’ll take care of the rest. Easy, breezy, done!
The Dress doesn't fit?
No worries at all—this happens all the time! Dirndl sizing can be tricky, especially if it’s your first time wearing one. That’s why we keep backup options in the same style, just in different sizes. If your dirndl isn’t quite right at pickup, we’ll do our best to swap it on the spot so you leave feeling confident and comfortable. If you decide to change to a different dirndl style, a small rebooking fee applies. Simple as that!
What if I accidentally damage it?
Oops moments happen! If something gets damaged while you’ve got the item, just let us know straight away. Little fixes might be totally fine, but for anything bigger, you could be asked to cover the repair or replacement. Always have a quick peek at the rental terms before booking—just to be safe!
