Cancellation policy (services) & cancellation form

Lesee are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

A. Cancellation policy (services) Right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Versatile GmbH, Gravelottestr. 2, 81667 Munich, Germany, Tel.: 017621765429, Email: hello@versatile-otm.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.

If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of services.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have provided the service in full and we only began providing the service after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
